We are working with a firm that has been in business for more than a century, offering legal services including Residential Conveyancing on a local and now national basis.

They are recruiting for a Residential Conveyancer to work out of their Manchester office on a wealth of conveyancing transactions including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, new builds, transfers of equity, remortgages, shared ownership and more.

They are looking for an experienced individual with thorough, in-depth knowledge of UK Property Law, ideally with 4 years’ post-qualification experience, although qualification is not essential.
